Welcome to Looking After Eve, an established Complementary Health and Holistic Therapy practice for women, addressing the emotional, physical and life issues that we may experience.

I specialise in providing individual Complementary Therapy Treatments; Reflexology, Reiki Healing, Indian Head Massage and Bespoke Holistic Packages, incorporating a combination of appropriate therapies, talking and motivational methodologies tailored to meet your individual needs, requirements and purse.

I have 18 years experience working with Complementary Therapies and my aim is to help you to identify your key life issues and to aid and empower you in the management of your condition or situation. Using a range of techniques, you are gently encouraged and supported as you regain control of your emotional well being and physical health.

The holistic approach considers all aspects of a person, their emotional and physical health as well as their personal circumstances, all these factors influence the way we think, feel and manage our lives.

Complementary Therapies are very helpful in cases of Terminal Illness. I have experience and training in the use of Reflexology and Reiki Healing in Palliative Care, for the patient and their families. I have found that problems with anxiety, insomnia and pain control benefit particularly well from these treatments.

Using motivational and talk methodologies the client is encouraged and supported, through self-exploration, to gain a better understanding of themselves, their feelings and emotions and how they impact on their relationships and life.

I observe strict client confidentiality and my approach is non-judgemental, empathic and compassionate, respecting diversity in every aspect.

Over the years I have given many talks and demonstrations on the benefits of Complementary Therapies to local schools and organisations in the community. These include a power point presentation and a demonstration, which is always informative and fun. I am passionate about
broadening the understanding of Complementary Therapies, so that people can become proactive and empowered to manage their own emotional and physical health, thereby improving their
enjoyment and quality of life.

I am a fully trained professional therapist with Diploma's in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. I have completed Reiki and Seichem training to 1, 2 and Master level and hold a ONCW accreditation in Bereavement Counselling using Person Centred Counselling. I am a trained Cruse Bereavement and Pre-Bereavement Counsellor.
I have my own established private practice and work from The Garden Sanctuary in Market Deeping, Peterborough.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and the Complementary Cancer Therapy Association.

Looking After Eve is situated in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire, 9 miles north of Peterborough on the A15/A16 crossroads. It can be easily reached via the A1 at Peterborough Cambs or Stamford Lincs.
